We want every Oneforon order to be the right one for you. If something isn't, this Refund Policy explains exactly what to expect, how to return a product, and how we process your refund. It applies to every purchase made through oneforon.com and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Right of Withdrawal

1.1 Your statutory rights

Under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which transposes EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, every consumer purchasing online has fourteen calendar days from the date of receiving their order to withdraw from the contract for any reason. You do not need to provide a justification, and there is no penalty for exercising this right.

1.2 Our voluntary extension

Oneforon voluntarily extends the statutory withdrawal period to thirty calendar days from the date of delivery. We do this because we want you to feel confident in your purchase and have enough time to ensure the product fits your routine. The extension is offered as a gesture of trust and does not replace, limit, or alter your statutory rights — those remain fully in force.

2. Conditions for a Refund

2.1 Condition of the product

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, with the manufacturer's seal intact. Because Oneforon is a food supplement intended for oral consumption, products that have been opened cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, except where the product itself is defective or non-conforming.

2.2 Time window

Returns must be initiated within thirty calendar days of the delivery date shown on your order tracking. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.

2.3 Proof of purchase

You must provide your order number when initiating a return. This allows us to verify the purchase, confirm the delivery date, and process the refund efficiently.

3. How to Initiate a Return

3.1 Step one — contact us

Send an email to focus@oneforon.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include your order number, the items you wish to return, and a brief reason. We aim to respond within two business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays.

3.2 Step two — receive instructions

Once your request is reviewed, we will reply with confirmation, our current returns address, and shipping instructions. Please do not ship products before receiving this confirmation, as unannounced returns may not be processed and the address may change without notice.

3.3 Step three — ship the product

Send the product to the returns address provided in our reply. We recommend using a tracked shipping service; Oneforon is not responsible for parcels lost in transit when no tracking is provided.

4. Return Shipping Costs

4.1 Customer responsibility

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. This applies to all returns initiated under our voluntary thirty-day window or under your statutory right of withdrawal.

4.2 Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, Oneforon will cover the cost of return shipping. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid label or reimburse the shipping cost upon receipt of the proof of postage.

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Inspection

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to confirm that it meets the conditions described above. We aim to complete the inspection within five business days of receipt.

5.2 Notification and refund

After inspection, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If approved, we will issue your refund within fourteen calendar days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional three to five business days to appear in your account.

5.3 Original shipping costs

The original shipping cost paid at checkout is refundable only when the entire order is returned. Where only part of an order is returned, the original shipping cost is retained.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact focus@oneforon.com within fourteen days of delivery. Include photographs of the product, the packaging, and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Items Not Eligible for Return

Products marked as final sale, products that have been used, and products without their original sealed packaging cannot be returned, except where they are defective or non-conforming.
