These Terms of Service govern your use of oneforon.com and any purchase made through it. By visiting our website or placing an order, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept them, you should not use the website. We recommend printing or saving a copy for your records.

In compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the holder of this website is Daniel Fernández Noáin, an individual entrepreneur registered in Spain under NIF 53873891W. The registered business address is Carrer del Plom 8, Barcelona, Spain. The trade name under which we operate is Oneforon.

By placing an order through oneforon.com, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old, that you have full legal capacity to enter into a contract under Spanish law, and that the personal information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. We may refuse to process orders where this is not the case.

Oneforon sells food supplements (complementos alimenticios) intended for healthy adults. Each product page describes the formulation, ingredients, recommended use, and any cautions associated with that product.

Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Always read the label and observe the recommended daily dose. Keep our products out of the reach of children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, undergoing medical treatment, or have a pre-existing health condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any food supplement.

Oneforon products are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any cognitive, energy, or wellbeing benefits described on our website refer to authorised health claims under EU Regulation 1924/2006 and are not promises of clinical outcomes.

The display of products on oneforon.com is an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer. When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products at the displayed price. The contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation email accepting your order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order at our reasonable discretion, including in cases of stock unavailability, suspected fraud, manifest pricing errors, or where we cannot verify the address provided. Where an order is refused after payment, we will refund the full amount within fourteen calendar days.

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include Spanish value added tax (IVA) where applicable. Shipping costs are added at checkout and are clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Bancontact, Shop Pay, and other methods our payment processors support. Payments are processed by third parties under PCI-DSS standards; we do not store full card details on our servers.

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and depend on your destination, the carrier, and any customs processing required. Title to the goods and the risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. If your country imposes import duties, customs fees, or local taxes on the goods, those charges are your responsibility, even if not displayed at checkout.

Under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from online contracts. Oneforon voluntarily extends this period to thirty days. The full conditions, procedure, and timelines are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Our products benefit from the legal warranties applicable under Spanish and EU consumer law, including the rights of conformity provided by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 as amended. To make a claim under warranty, contact focus@oneforon.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

All content on oneforon.com — including the brand name "Oneforon", logos, product names, photography, written content, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to Daniel Fernández Noáin and is protected by Spanish, EU, and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use this content for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on oneforon.com is accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is free from errors or that the website will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the website or from any product we supply is limited to the amount you actually paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Spanish law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or damages caused by death or personal injury.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by Spanish law. Where applicable, disputes will be subject to the courts and tribunals corresponding to your place of residence within Spain. Consumers resident in the European Union may also access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or in the law. The version of the Terms applicable to your purchase is the version in force at the time you place your order. We will not retroactively change the terms of an order you have already placed.
